SRS
WOW system. Digital sound field correction technology
(developed by SRS) to combine three elements. These
include the SRS 3D, SRS TruBass and SRS FOCUS systems
to create an ideal, natural and comfortable sound
space in the vehicle compartment, an environment
usually hostile to good sound reproduction. It features
more natural sound than ordinary surround audio
and can provide any listening position with a natural
3D acoustic field. When compressed audio (MP3) is
played, it can replace sound lost during compression
and produce a natural sound that is closest to the
original |
 |
Four band parametric equaliser |
 |
ODD D/A converter. The Offset
Dual Differential D/A system virtually eliminates
digital-to-analogue conversion errors for the best
audio quality. |
 |
Digital time alignment. When
the distance between each speaker and the listening
position is input, DTA automatically adjusts each
sound's timing to ensure they reach the listener
at exactly the correct time. |
 |
System Q-EX equaliser with
three control bands and six preset settings |
 |
Sound
management system. When vehicle and speaker types
are input, the system sets the crossover, time alignment
and parametric equalizer values automatically for
the best possible sound in the vehicle space |
 |
Digital
system E's (A high quality type crossover network
that performs filtering during digital processing.
It uses 13 high pass filters(30/ 40/ 50/ 60/ 70/
80/ 90/ 100/ 120/ 150/ 180/ 220/ 250 Hz) for each
front and rear channels plus 13-step low pass filter
for the sub channel. Filters have three curve steps,
a steep 24 dB cut off plus the usual 12 and 18 dB
cut offs. This type of crossover is only possible
with digital signal processing. |
